FOWLERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 18
The Ionia Girls JV Softball team lost twice on Tuesday night verse Fowlerville. It was their first game of the season and although they lost, they had a lot of good takeaways from the games! The first game Bella Delgado pitched for Ionia and went 2-3. Kaylee Schmid went 2-2 and Aubrei Nash went 1-2. The score of the first was 3-18. Ionia tried to battle back for the second game but were unable to stop Fowlerville's offense. For this game Bella Delgado and Kaylee Schmid went 2-3 and Ava Bucholtz went 1-2. Adah Drown started as pitcher for this game. The girls are now 0-2 on the season but hope to bring in some wins on Thursday, April 11th at Lowell High School.
